Payments, Liability, and Contact

If you purchase services from HexClad Security, payment terms will be provided during checkout, invoice, proposal, statement of work, or written agreement. Failure to pay may result in delayed service, suspension, or termination of services.

Subscription purchases and recurring billing are processed securely by Polar (polar.sh), acting as our merchant of record. Polar completes your order, processes your payment, applies any required taxes, and handles billing-related refunds. Subscription purchases are also subject to the Polar terms of service and privacy policy, available at polar.sh/legal/terms and polar.sh/legal/privacy. Plans are month-to-month unless billed annually, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

We work to provide reliable services and support, but we do not guarantee specific business, marketing, sales, security, compliance, or financial outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

We may use third-party platforms, service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, automation tools, CRM systems, telecommunications providers, and telecommunications carriers to operate our business. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexClad Security is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website, services, or communications.
